The outreach work is one of the main priorities of the International Youth Center – Pernik. It is the main factor for carrying out all the activities of the center.
Also, thanks to the field work, we manage to reach young people who are at risk of dropping out of the education system, communicating with them, their parents and educational institutions, in order to identify difficulties and find effective ways to solve them.
At the moment, we have been part of two bazaars organized by the Municipality of Pernik – Christmas and Easter, where the activities of the youth center were promoted. The IYC-Pernik team also worked with young people at risk of dropping out of the education system and their parents in the towns of Breznik, Tran, Zemen, and the neighborhood Rudnichar, Kutsian, Beli breg.
