Pernik International Youth Center conducts non-formal trainings that are based on the principles of the non-formal paradigm – “Learning through experience”.
Within the project, we will go through various trainings on topics such as “Human Rights”, “Council of Europe Values”, “Democracy”, “Active Citizenship”, trainings for “Youth Leaders”, “Do we know the institutions?”, “Career orientation here and outside”, “Team interaction”, “Communication, leadership and soft skills”, demonstrations and trainings on leading debates, “Entrepreneurship” and many other topics from the youth field.
It is important to note that you can contact us at any time and suggest topics that you would find interesting and useful. If you are part of a group in which there is a behavioral case to solve and you need help or you just want to do a “Team Building” – you can also contact us to offer appropriate training and develop an effective methodology.
